Where we ship from
Orders for the United States are dispatched from our US warehouse. Orders for other countries are shipped internationally.
Processing time
We process and dispatch orders within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 2pm ET, or on a weekend or holiday, are processed on the next business day. You receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.
Delivery times and cost
- United States: 3-6 business days after dispatch, free shipping, no minimum.
- Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, Norway, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, South Korea, Malaysia, Israel, UAE: 6-12 business days after dispatch, free shipping.
- European Union: 4-8 business days after dispatch, EUR 13.99.
- Germany: 2-4 business days after dispatch, EUR 5.99 (free over EUR 55), Express EUR 9.99.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs inspections, weather and peak seasons can extend them.
