1. Who we are

2. Acceptance

By visiting this site or placing an order you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order, and you may not use our products for any unlawful purpose.

4. Products, prices and availability

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We try to display colours and images accurately but cannot guarantee that your screen reproduces them exactly. Products are subject to availability. In the rare case of an obvious pricing or description error we may cancel the affected order and refund it in fu ll.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example where we suspect fraud, where an item is unavailable, or where the delivery address cannot be served.

6. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. By submitting payment details you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method given.

7. Shipping

Delivery times shown on the site are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping Policy for details. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

8. Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds and the statutory right of withdrawal are set out in our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Product use and health information

Soothara is a consumer comfort and wellness product. It is not a medical device, and nothing on this website is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Do not use the mask on broken, irritated or infected skin, after eye surgery, or if you have a condition affecting your eyes or facial sensation, without first speaking to a qualified healthcare professional. Stop using it and seek advice if you experience pain, irritation or any adverse reaction. Always follow the instructions supplied with the product, including the maximum session length and the charging instructions.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, photographs, graphics, logos and the Soothara name, is our property or is used with permission and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use it commercially without our written consent.

11. User submissions

If you send us comments, reviews or photographs, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use and publish that content in connection with our business. You are responsible for what you submit and confirm that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

12. Third-party links and services

This site links to third-party websites and uses third-party services such as payment providers and analytics. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or our products. Nothing here excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer provisions of your country of residence. The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

15. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version. The version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
