This website is operated by FACE – Vertrieb mit Gesicht GbR, trading as Soothara. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Soothara. Our full company details are listed in our Legal Notice.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By visiting this site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any additional terms and policies referenced here. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use this website.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence to place an order. You may not use our products for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates any law in your jurisdiction.
4. Products, pricing and availability
All prices are shown in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display product colours and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen reproduces them exactly. Products are subject to availability; we reserve the right to limit quantities or to discontinue a product at any time.
We take care to keep prices and product information accurate. In the rare case of an obvious pricing or description error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund any payment in full.
5. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a shipping confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example where we suspect fraud, where an item is unavailable, or where a delivery address cannot be served.
6. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. By submitting your payment details you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method given.
7. Shipping and delivery
Delivery times shown on the site are estimates, not guarantees. Please see our Shipping Policy for details. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
8. Returns and refunds
Returns, refunds and the statutory right of withdrawal are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Product use and health information
Soothara is a consumer comfort and wellness product. It is not a medical device, and nothing on this website is intended as medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Do not use the mask on broken, irritated or infected skin, after eye surgery, or if you have a condition affecting your eyes or facial sensation, without first speaking to a qualified healthcare professional. Discontinue use and seek advice if you experience pain, irritation or any adverse reaction. Always follow the instructions supplied with the product, including the maximum session length and charging instructions.
10. Accuracy of content
We may from time to time publish content that contains typographical errors or inaccuracies. We reserve the right to correct any content and to update information at any time without notice.
11. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, photographs, graphics, logos and the Soothara name — is our property or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use it commercially without our written consent.
12. User submissions
If you send us comments, reviews, photographs or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce and publish that content in connection with our business. You are responsible for the content you submit and confirm that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
13. Third-party links and services
This site may contain links to third-party websites and uses third-party services (for example payment providers and analytics). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or our products. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.
16. Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Where you are a consumer resident in another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer provisions of the law of your country of residence.
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. The version in force at the time you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
