Will it feel tight or heavy around my neck?

It is designed to rest around the neck and upper shoulders rather than squeeze them. You can reposition the wrap until the warmth sits where you want it, without holding a heat pack in place.

What if I only like gentle warmth?

Start on the lowest setting and move up only if you want more heat. You stay in control, so the experience can feel softly soothing rather than overwhelmingly hot.

Does it only warm one small spot?

The wrap follows the neck-and-shoulder area to give broader, steadier contact than a small handheld heat pack. Adjust its position slightly to focus the warmth where your day has left you feeling most tense.

Can I use it while working or reading?

Yes—its hands-free shape makes it easy to use while seated at a desk or relaxing with a book. Keep the controls within reach and use it only while awake and able to adjust the heat.

Q: How do I keep an electronic wrap clean?

Disconnect it first, then spot-clean the fabric gently with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not submerge the electronic parts, and let everything dry completely before reconnecting or using it again.

Soft, wearable warmth for your neck and shoulders whenever you want to unwind.
