Designed for a relaxed indoor fit with room for comfortable socks. Place both feet fully inside before turning on the heat. If the boots ever feel tight or uncomfortable, stop use and adjust the fit.
Care instructions
Disconnect the boots before cleaning. Spot-clean the plush fabric gently with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not submerge the heating or electrical parts. Allow the boots to dry completely before reconnecting or using them again.
Shipping & returns
Free shipping on every order, with no minimum. Shipping time: 4–7 business days after dispatch, for all destinations. Returns are available for 60 days; please read our Refund & Returns Policy before sending anything back.
Each pair needs two compatible USB power banks — one connected inside each boot’s side pocket.
